VP C.P. Radhakrishnan Honors Lal Bahadur Shastri and Tiruppur Kumaran

Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan recently paid tribute to two prominent figures in Indian history, Lal Bahadur Shastri and Tiruppur Kumaran.
